The company's chilean-japanese RetailTech for solutions analysis of consumer behavior, FollowUP Customer Experience, completed the acquisition of the national firm Intelligenxia S. A. during the month of July.

The goal of this business is to achieve a better optimization and scope of new technologies, with greater coverage for partners and customers in Chile and other countries of the world. With this, the market share of FollowUP growing from 35% to over 50%, with services in more than 10,000 stores, over the 22 countries where it is present.
